Have you never done a spin class before? Or maybe it's been a while and you would like reminder? Read about what to expect, how the bike works, what you need, and more:
Our Ride classes are a 45-minute high-intensity cardio cycle workout on the bike, designed to push you to the max. Pedal to the finest beats and push your heart rate above 81% of your maximum rate, unlocking the after burn effect and burning up to 1000 kcal per class!
Our experienced ride coaches together with the energy of the group will motivate you to surpass yourself, every single time. Get ready for your body to be flooded with endorphins and leave the studio with a smile :)
How to prepare
Bring your sports gear and arrive at least 15 minutes before the class starts. Check in at reception and grab your cycling shoes to give you the perfect grip on the bike. Attach your chest strap with heart rate sensor and find a bike to use. Our front of house team will be on hand to help you get the perfect set up. Be sure to bring enough water, you will definitely sweat!
*(Doors close 5 minutes before the work out starts. Shoes are free of charge and disinfected after each workout)
How to join
It's very simple! Download the BEAT81 app and create a free account. In the app, you can filter for "Ride45" and secure your place in your desired class. As a newcomer to BEAT81, you get 3 workouts for free, with no contract commitment!! You can also train with us through Urban Sports Club or ClassPass.
